Desert living (C201806)

If you like sand dunes, the Sossusvlei in the Namibian desert is the place to go. Oryx and smaller wild life roam the sands, even though there seems to be little to eat.

The spectacular natural curves of the sand dunes in the Sossusvlei  of the south of Namibia are in stark contrast to the plains of the north that team with game in the Etosha National Park.

You won’t want to lose the oryx in the bottom left of the card, but you might want to emphasize the sparse vegetation with a light yellow. Perhaps you would prefer to highlight the streaks of life clinging to the moving sands of the slopes of the dune. Or perhaps you want to be more architectural and emphasise the temporary shape of the dune itself in a rusty yarn.
